The Director of Access Matters UK, Jan Loveless is a leading and experienced access consultant in her field. Jan has a postgraduate diploma in Environmental Access from the Architectural Association, London and is also a qualified Occupational Therapist with considerable experience in housing and mental health. Jan has worked extensively as an access consultant for a wide variety of clients throughout the UK, both helping them meet their statutory duties to disabled people and going beyond that to achieve best practice. Jan’s approach is straightforward, responsive and collaborative. Projects she has worked on include country parks, cathedrals, cinemas, hotels, holiday cottages, university campuses, amusement parks, town centres, housing developments, private homes and office accommodation.
